Friends and family celebrated their wedding with them at one of their favorite places in the entire world—Cape Cod!

Jess and Sean had an impressively foggy day for their May wedding at Wychmere Beach Club’s Dune venue. This was no ordinary fog—it had a distinct personality of its own lending an airy of moody romanticism to their already romantic day.

Cape Cod has so much meaning and history in their lives (and their family’s history)

Jess grew up in California but her most special and cherished childhood memories are from summers on Cape Cod! Her dad is originally from Connecticut and is the oldest boy of 11 siblings (yes, 11) and her grandma and grandpa retired to Harwich Port.

Even though her dad moved 3,000 miles away and she was raised in CA, they spent at least a week every summer in Harwich at the house on Grassy Pond with all of her family.

She and Sean also spend President’s Day weekend ever year here (their favorite time to go) when everything is quiet and they can spend a weekend doing nothing but also just enjoying each other’s company.

Sean also spent a lot of time on Cape Cod with his family and worked for the Cape League for a summer when they were in college.

Why they chose to get married on Cape Cod

When they got engaged, Jess already decided that Cape Cod was going to be where they got married and Sean didn’t disagree! The Cape is their happy place and it also holds a really special place in the hearts of their entire family.

Why they chose to get married at Wychmere Beach Club Dune

There were a lot of reasons why they chose Wychmere.

First of all, they looked at three different Cape Cod venues, but both loved how close Wychmere is to all the special places in her childhood history and family summer home.

They attended a Wychmere wedding as guests a few years back and were so impressed by everything—they just loved every second of it.

Some backstory that influenced their choice of Wychmere Beach Club as their wedding venue.

Jess’s aunt and uncle got married at Wychmere Beach Club 30-years ago.

When they broke the happy news that Wychmere was going to be their wedding venue, her aunt and uncle almost cried. She was so excited to make their wedding weekend special for them and the rest of her dad’s siblings, most of whom haven’t been back to the Cape since her grandma passed away.

Hello, I'm CINDY CAUGHEY.

Drawing from our experience as a graphic designer (Cindy) and journalist (Sean), we see stories differently. Our films reflect honesty, strength of character, and real moments, all in a way that's natural and comfortable.

Whether our films help you to find the light within or provide a story of your day, we feel this is our opportunity to help your legacy live on throughout time.

My husband and business partner, Sean, and I have spent past 16 years living out our dream on Cape Cod as wedding cinematographers. We believe that every story is unique, and we help even the most camera-shy couples feel free to be themselves in front of the cameras.
