Jake & Katie’s Harbor View Hotel Wedding Film Sneak Peek

It was pure perfection on Martha’s Vineyard for the Labor Day wedding the Old Whaling Church at Edgartown with the reception at the Harbor View Hotel.

The divide between Yankees and Red Sox fandom isn’t big enough to keep the love of Jake and Katie apart.

I know y’all think we say this about everyone, regardless, but it’s only because we’re incredibly choosy about the couples we work with (and it makes all the difference in film we create)…

We could not be more in love with the dynamic between Jake and Katie. Authentic, down-to-earth, and utterly unafraid to be themselves—they’re every admirable trait you can imagine—and that’s evident in every frame of their film.

Kim and Andrew’s Popponesset Wedding Film Sneak Peek

Kim and Andrew both spent their summers growing up on Cape Cod, and after Andrew proposed on the Charles River, they knew right away they had to have a Cape Cod wedding at the Popponesset Inn!

One thing we admire most about Kim and Andrew is their ability to stay present with one another which is essential to strong relationship.

“We have a “secret spot” on the beach in Harwichport near my parents home. During the off-season we always venture over to this location to hang out, have a few drinks, and be just spend time together.”

Full-length feature film of Catie & Bill’s Wequassett Resort Cape Cod Wedding

Catie and Bill were pumped to have their wedding at the gorgeous Wequassett Resort on Cape Cod in May—everything was perfectly set in place—but they had yet to decide on whether or not to get a wedding videographer.

Like many grooms, Bill was beyond excited to marry the love of his life—but being in the spotlight wasn’t exactly something he was looking forward to.

Adding another set of cameras trained in on them as a couple just seemed impossibly overwhelming to him.

But Katie and Bill knew, as gorgeous and important as wedding photos are, they wanted another way to be able to remember their biggest day together. Something that would bring them back to the moment at any time and maybe even reveal parts of the day they weren’t able to see before.

A wedding film was inevitable.

(Above is Kelley & Geordie’s full feature film.)

Genuine laughter, Broadway-level dancing, and loads of fun are how we’d best describe Kelley & Geordie’s Wychmere wedding.

Seriously, we can’t believe what great dancers these two are! Our terrible kitchen-dancing can’t hold a candle to the moves these two bust out. (Having sisters who are professional Broadway dancers helps with the skills, we’re sure of it.)

Kelley and Geordie’s wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club was absolutely stunning, to say the least.

We had a super stealthy start to our day at the house that Geordie rented for their wedding weekend. This was where he was getting ready as Kelley has a gorgeous waterfront family in Harwich (which is where she was getting ready).

A week or two before, we contacted Geordie and told him we wanted to plan something special.

“You make lovin’ fun.” | Kelley and Geordie at Wychmere Beach Club.

What does true love look like?

For Geordie and Kelley, it looks like being able to make each other simultaneously laugh and cry during their vows. Proclaiming that Fleetwood Mac is the greatest band of all time. Blowing kisses to each other no matter who is around them.

It looks like making each other smile in the middle of of a long week. Keeping up with each others competitive nature, and dancing. Always. Dancing.

Being happy isn’t about all the moments being perfect, it’s about being perfectly OK with all the moments. We think that Geordie and Kelley are the ultimate example true love.

Katrina & Matt had their wedding reception at the Boathouse of Chatham Bars Inn after exchanging vows in a traditional ceremony at Holy Redeemer church in Chatham, MA. It was the perfect Cape Cod wedding.

It was so much fun getting to know them in the time up to their big day. Vivacious, meticulous, and fun-loving are what first come to mind when I think of this couple.

We couldn’t have had more fun or felt more welcomed when filming the love between them, their family, and their friends.

Their love of music and dancing was more than evident… and fans of Beauty and the Beast will be over the moon to know that she recreated the ballroom dance from the movie as her first dance with her father.

Special tokens of love and past memories where EVERYWHERE this night (a faux Stanley Cup was passed around in celebration) and it was absolute perfect.
